What materials are your earrings made from?
Our earrings are crafted from 316L surgical grade stainless steel and are 18K PVD gold plated. This makes them hypoallergenic and suitable for everyone, even those with sensitive skin.

Do your earrings tarnish?
Our earrings are designed with the highest quality materials and made to wear 24/7. They are waterproof, sweat proof and will not tarnish or rust.

Care and Maintenance

How do I care for my earrings?
Store them in a clean, dry place to maintain their shine and lustre. To clean your jewellery, simply wash with mild detergent and water, then wipe dry with a soft cloth. 

I've lost an earring back (help!)
Don’t worry—we’ve got your back! Literally. Each pair of earrings comes with a set of extra backs however we also offer extra backs for purchase.

To keep your backs safe, make sure to screw the backs on nice and snug! Gently twist the earring back until you feel resistance, making sure it’s secure and tight.

Orders and Shipping

Can I return or exchange earrings?
For hygiene reasons, our earrings can not be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged. Please email us within 7 days of receipt if this is the case and we will aim to resolve any issues promptly.

How long does shipping take?
We aim to fulfill and ship all orders as quickly as possible, typically within 2-3 working days. 
Your estimated delivery times will be based on your chosen shipping method (Standard or Express shipping).
